Sharp Communication - Leadership in 911 - Emergency Management Communications. From design to installation to ongoing service and maintenance, we have the experience and qualifications to get the job done.

• Entering into an agreement in 1991 with Intergraph Corporation, to work with development of the Huntsville/Madison County E-911 System, we were heavily involved in the specifications and design for UPS systems, emergency generators, computer flooring.

• Served to design and install radio/telephone consoles, involving over 25 separate radio frequencies, 115 phone lines and 24 work stations. This included providing equipment to integrate RF modems, mobile radios and computer terminals for the transmission of data and voice communications from vehicles to console.

• Installed logging recorder system involving over 48 channels.

• Since the initial installation we have changed out the original Console Systems equipment with a Motorola Centracom Gold
  Elite radio system and a Plant Equipment MAARS / ComCentrex / Vesta telephone system along with Plant Equipment's MagIC call records management system.

• We have provided the logger interface for various recording devices from the original Magnasync reel-to-reel recording and playback machines to the current Dictaphone DAT drive recorders.

• We also provided the master clock synchronization originally via Magnasync's Master Synchronizer, then Spectracom's WWVB that was upgraded to the current NetClock.

• Sharp Communication played a key role in the design and installation of equipment for the Huntsville-Madison County Emergency Management Agency's new Emergency Operations Center.

• We continue to service and maintain this facility, which is considered by many to be a national showcase.

Huntsville/Madison County Mobile Command Post
Virtually a turnkey undertaking, we provided design and installation of all equipment for the Huntsville/Madison County Mobile Command Post used for area emergencies.

Quantum-International
We partnered with Quantum Research International for several Alabama EMA Mobile Command Posts, providing and installing the communications, interoperability and connectivity for these units.

Cullman County Sheriff's Department
Installation and maintenance of four positions of Zetron console and radio system.

Cullman EMS
Installion and maintenance of one new position of Zetron console.

Cullman Regional Medical Center
Maintain the hear system and radio system for the hospital.

Cullman EMA
Installed two positions of Zetron consoles for backup for the Sheriff's office and Cullman EMS.

Dekalb County Sheriff's Department
Maintenance of the Zetron console system.

Dekalb County Ambulance
Maintain one position of Zetron console and radio system with digital logging recorder.

Marion County
Installation and maintenance of the voting system.

Hartselle City 911 Center
Installed two positions of Integrator RD dispatch console, new furniture and a digital logging recorder.

Madison County Sheriff's Department
Designed and installed the add-on data system to RNC.
